Repair：
At the request of the customer's maintenance team, the equipment was disassembled on-site, the mechanical seal was replaced, and assembly and alignment work were carried out.

Trouble：Not Rotating
Cause：Coil Burnt
Repair：
Since there are no substitutes on the market for the old model motor, the stator coil was rewound.

Trouble：Oil Leakage

We replaced necessary parts showing signs of aging, such as oil seals, and after passing the air leak test at our factory, delivered them to the customer.

Repair：In addition to performing repair work on the fractured rotor shaft section, repairs and part replacements were carried out, inclu
ding the joint cover that had worn unevenly during operation leading up to the rotor shaft fracture.

Trouble：Water Contamination into Oil
Cause：Wear on the oil seal of the output shaft
Repair：
In addition to attaching a sleeve to the worn part of the output shaft, damaged components were replaced and restored.

Trouble：Lack of Insulation Resistance
Cause：Rare short due to water ingress (due to operating with a damaged oil filler cap)
Repair：
The coil was rewound, and the oil filler cap was replaced with a new one. In addition, although wear was observed on the sun/planet gears on the inner pins of the low-speed shaft, repair work was carried out to prioritize delivery, and it was delivered.

Trouble：Abnormal Noise
Cause：Seizure of internal parts of the Bayer unit
Repair：
In addition to replacing the main Bayer components, gears showing pitching on the tooth surfaces were also replaced. Additionally, repair machining was carried out on worn fitting parts before delivery.
